Based in Killingworth, Connecticut, EcoMaps was founded in 2021 by Michelle Ford, CWB®, PWS, CESSWI, and is built upon nearly 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, municipal government, and the public utility sector. EcoMaps provides a variety of services, including wetland delineation, wildlife survey, environmental permitting support, GPS data collection, and GIS mapping.

EcoMaps is a registered Small/Minority Business Enterprise (SBE/MBE) in the State of Connecticut and was previously certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). DBE status is currently pending review by the Connecticut Department of Transportation in accordance with recent federal regulatory changes.
